THE CURRENT SHIPPING DATE TO CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE IN SEPTEMBER 2020, BUT MAY BE LONGER DUE TO CURRENT FACTORY HALTS IN CHINA DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS.
BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW:
1. Payment is required at checkout.
2. No cancellations, refunds, or replacements will be given for any reason.
3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date. We will ship orders immediately after receiving them from the factory.
4. Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
5. Placing an order means you accept these terms & conditions.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Each order placed is part of a larger pre-order. We do not have a warehouse or keep inventory, so we unfortunately do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if there is a defect with the order, we will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via email (email@example.com) within 30 days. We do not accept returns or replacements for smaller/larger size or a different style/color.
Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the originating address. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the originating address and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Returned by Customer – We do not accept returns.
Shipping speed depends on product size and destination. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please note that sometimes USPS does not scan packages or update their tracking so some tracking numbers may not give/have any updated information.
Please allow 2-7 business days for product to arrive AFTER ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED FROM THE PRE-ORDER.

There may be an additional cost due to shipping cost for any orders placed outside the USA.
Please understand that it may take additional time to clear customs, and shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You will be responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by you the customer.
